Aqua Bay, Planos (Zakynthos)

I had a lovely holiday at Aqua Bay Hotel, where the cleanliness and modern facilities really stood out. The pools were plentiful, allowing for great space to relax. However, the dining experience could be hit or miss, especially with limited options for dinner. While the staff were generally friendly, the entertainment didn’t quite meet my expectations, especially for kids. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with some room for improvement, particularly in dining variety and entertainment.

I had an absolutely fantastic family holiday at Aqua Bay Hotel, which was perfect for kids, thanks to the range of pools and the adjacent water park. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive, and the food options were plentiful and diverse. While the lively atmosphere with many families was fun, it also meant more noise during meal times, which was a bit overwhelming at times.

This hotel offers an inviting atmosphere with friendly staff and a clean environment, making it a solid choice for families. The numerous pool options are a huge advantage, and access to the adjacent water park is a fantastic bonus for kids. However, the evening entertainment could use some improvement, as it was lacking and didn't provide much variety. Dining options were decent but became repetitive after a few days, which was a minor letdown.

This hotel made our family vacation truly memorable with its immaculate cleanliness and a great variety of pools. The dining experience had plenty of tasty options, though some more variety would have been appreciated. The complimentary access to the nearby water park was an absolute hit with our kids. While the location was convenient, being a short walk to Tsilivi, it felt a bit touristy and overdeveloped at times.
